Dr Natalia offers Healthy Habits Coaching to support and empower clients to manifest their highest self. This is an approach to health and wellness that takes into account all aspects of life, including physical health, mental health, and overall well-being. The initial consult consists of a 50 minute consultation (in person or TeleHealth) where information is collected and is followed by a 40-minute secondary visit where custom recommendations are discussed. Step by step, she helps clients address:

  4. Creating healthy habits

  5. Improving sleep quality

  6. Autoimmune holistic support

  7. Temporary elimination diets

  8. Meal planning

  9. Weight loss

  11. Nervous system regulation

  12. Referrals to other practitioners.

The root of the cause of all disease is inflammation. Doctor Natalia has dived deep into her healing and has learned how to take control of her health with lifestyle changes. For most of us, it is simply a matter of having the willpower to eat the things we should and to not eat the things that cause discomfort & inflammation. Often, it is simply a matter of reducing processed foods, refined sugars, alcohol, and gluten/dairy. These tend to be the most inflammatory factors affecting the body and Nervous System.
