Dr Natalia created her Healthy Habits Coaching to support and empower clients to manifest their highest self. This is an approach to health and wellness that takes into account all aspects of life, including physical health, mental health, and overall well-being. The initial consult consists of a 5o minute consultation (TELEHEALTH) where detailed information is collected, questions are asked, lab work is analyzed, connection and rapport is created, immediate changes might be suggested and this will be followed up by a 40-minute secondary visit where custom recommendations are discussed, detailed steps are recommended, a game plan will be established and a digital folder on “Google Drive:” will be shared between Dr Natalia and you with every detail. Step by step, she helps clients address:

The root of the cause of all disease is inflammation due to physical, emotional or chemical stresses. Doctor Natalia has dived deep into her healing and has learned how to take control of her health with lifestyle changes. She has been healing her diagnosis of severe Systemic Lupus and Endometriosis for the past 13 years. For most of us, it is simply a matter of having the willpower to create and stick to the habits that will shift us to healing, and letting go of the habits that keep us stuck in our patterns. These habits can be changed by addressing our nervous system, breaking our patterns, creating new ones and introducing long lasting changes.
