Overnight Oats & chia

Iā€™m a BIG fan of carbs for our hormone health. But to be honest, we need to find ways to eat them without worrying about big insulin spikes. How can we do this? We can enjoy delicious overnight oats by adding healthy fat and fiber. Here is one of my favorite morning breakfast recipes and the best part is that they can last you up to 3 days in your fridge so you can prepare these on your meal prep days. For us is on Sundays and Wednesday. We also love making these for roadtrips and overnight stays! Enjoy!
